Fire reveals drug tools

POLICE found drug-related equipment after a Tahmoor home caught fire on August 15. Emergency services responded to reports of the fire about 10pm. A crime scene was established and examinations are continuing. No one was at home at the time of the fire.

Sign damaged

POLICE want to speak with an unknown man to assist with their investigation of an incident where a wooden advertising sign was damaged in front of the Lion Rampant Hotel. A man allegedly kicked the sign after being repeatedly refused service at the Mittagong hotel, with staff citing his level of intoxication, about 10.20pm on August 11. He is described as between 25 and 30-years-old, about 183cm tall and was wearing a white baseball cap and dark hooded top. Window smashed

UNKNOWN offender/s allegedly smashed a window and threw eggs at a Bowral home on Saturday. Residents called police at about 1.30am on August 11 after they heard two loud bangs followed by the sound of breaking glass. Police said a front window of the Winifred Crescent home was smashed and the lounge room window was covered in egg.

Road rage assault

POLICE are appealing for information after an alleged road rage incident. A Yerrinbool man called police after he was allegedly punched in the left eye before his car was kicked by an unknown man who accused him of tail-gaiting. Police said the Yerrinbool man was driving on Remembrance Drive just before 8pm on August 11 when he overtook a red Hyundai Excel. The Hyundai driver allegedly followed the Yerrinbool man to his home and pulled in front of him. The unknown man is described as being aged in his 20s, about 180cm tall and wearing a white cap, jacket, white shirt and long pants.
