Theboys may well have been even further in front with a disallowed try and anotherbombed down the left-hand side.

Atthis point in the game however our handling and discipline took a turnfor the worst and we invited Kempsey back into the game.We went to half-time alittle shell shocked and trailling 26-10.

Afterthe break our first three sets with the ball saw two handling errors and a kickout on the full. With a glut of possession, Kempsey were next to score andBellingen-Dorrigo were looking down the barrell, behind 30-10. Our boys thenput there heads down and two more tries to Dylan Edwards saw us back in thegame at 30-20 with about 8 minutes to go.

Despiteevery effort, we were not able to get across the line again and set up agrandstand finish and the full-time score remained 30-20.

Whilstwe couldn’t come up with our best performance on the day, I would like to thankeach and every one of the players for what has been a very rewarding andenjoyable season.
